Every customer has access to a BioStar Consultant that they can contact by phone or email 24/7.
A Consultant is an experienced horse person with extensive nutritional and whole food knowledge who will listen and respond to what you have to say about your horse's health and well being. At BioStar, we want all horses to get the fullest benefit from whole food possible.
We believe that the more people we contact and educate about whole food, the more horses will benefit and that's what we're passionate about.
What You Can Expect
BioStar customers can expect open communication from a whole food expert that isn't limited to the products we sell. We have experience working with horses on all types of feed & supplements who are ready to try whole food but don't want to make a drastic dietary change.
New customers can expect an email from a BioStar consultant within 10 days of placing their first order asking if there are any questions about the products they received or about their horse's health in general.
A response is always appreciated (but not required) and your expert will always be available later on if you need them.
This is even the case for customers who place their orders through a BioStar Associate or Veterinarian - all customers have access to a consultant.
